Student Research
There is a vibrant culture of undergraduate and postgraduate student research at UNESWA with over 300 research projects completed every year. UNESWA provides opportunities for students to develop research and scholarly inquiry skills. Student research encompasses diverse activities that occur in the context of specific courses or as independent projects. An emphasis on experiential learning and the real-world application of knowledge are two distinguishing characteristics of the UNESWA student experience. Students may be engaged in a process of discovery, a process of interpretation, or the development of solutions to a problem. We further thus encourage the development of undergraduate and postgraduate research at UNESWA by showcasing the most impactful and ground-breaking works in a tangible, centralized, and public way. Post-Graduate AbstractSeries
The University of Eswatini Research Centre (URC) publishes a series of Post-Graduate Research Abstracts. The abstracts’ series are meant to create awareness among researchers, educationalists, policy makers and other stakeholders about research that has been conducted by the post-graduate students from the Institute of Post-Graduate Studies at the University of Eswatini from 2007 onwards.
It is hoped that the publication of this abstract series will facilitate access to research that has been done, avoiding duplication, assist in delineating new areas of research and identify gaps in the body of knowledge.
